Recipe: Avocado Dressing

Serves 4: Ingredients include:

½ avocado
½ cup water
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
1/8 teaspoon dried dill
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Salt/pepper to taste

Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
