Northville Prompt Weight Loss
Tip of the Week: Easter was last Sunday. Now that the hunt is over, are all of your eggs safely stored?
Like other high-protein foods, eggs should not be left out of the refrigerator for more than two hours. This goes for both raw and cooked eggs. So if you’ve left yours displayed in your Easter basket, know they should not be eaten.
Store eggs on a shelf inside the refrigerator, not in the door. Hard-boiled eggs — in the shell or peeled do not keep as well as raw eggs, so discard any leftover Easter eggs after one week.
